Veronica De Freitas is a Human Resources professional who is passionate about making the workplace a better place for everyone and believes a key to achieving this in the complex healthcare environment is to build self-awareness and conflict resolution skills in our workforce. She currently manages a program that supports nurturing and empowering respectful working relationships for over 100,000 healthcare workers. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, has been a Chartered Professional in Human Resources for 16 years and has over 20 years of Human Resources experience. Veronica has also taken conflict resolution training from ADRIA and Queen’s university and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Management with Royal Roads University.
