Thomas Clyne-Salley is a passionate advocate for cultivating values-driven workplace cultures that enhance person-centred care, and are a source of pride, meaning and inspiration for those working in the organization.
With over 14 years in the health care field as a senior leader, psychotherapist, coach and consultant, Thomas brings a deep experience in strengthening workplace culture across complex and varied health organizations.
Having joined Fraser Health in 2014, Thomas leads the design and implementation of strategic people and culture development initiatives across Fraser Health in support of 35,000 employees, 2,900 physicians and more than 6,000 volunteers. His portfolio also includes Psychological Health and Safety (including Resilience and Mental Fitness), Critical Incident Stress Management, Respectful Workplace initiatives, and the Employee and Family Assistance Program. Thomas is the recipient of the 2020 BC Health Care Awards, Workplace Health Innovation, Golden Apple Award for his team’s research work with Mindfulness in the Workplace.
