Teagan Markin is an accomplished litigator with expertise in public law matters and appellate advocacy. She advises and represents clients in a broad range of practice areas, including education and professional regulation, and her experience extends to issues of freedom of expression under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Teagan has a LL.M. from Harvard Law School and previously served as a law clerk to the Honourable Justice Rosalie Silberman Abella at the Supreme Court of Canada.
