Sean Sergi has been with St. Joe’s since 2019. In his current position of Director, HR Services he is responsible for leadership and oversight of talent acquisition and recruitment. He is further responsible for compensation and benefits and employee information services.

His responsibilities include recruitment and staffing strategies as well as the design and execution of the employee value proposition and total rewards program. Sean maintains a strong business acumen with extensive expertise in project and change management, functional business process improvement, HR metrics, analysis and HR technologies.

Prior to working in healthcare, Sean had worked over 20 years in the public and private sectors including several successive managerial roles. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo and an Advanced HR Certificate from Queen’s University.
