Saumya Gautam is a multifaceted communications, human capital and culture change professional with a passion for building high performing teams. Over the last 20+ years, Saumya has worked across three continents (Canada, UK and India) with several senior management teams and multi-functional groups in the area of Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Communications, Diversity & Inclusion, Change Management, Leadership, Transformation Strategy, Employer Branding and Culture Change. She has experience leading high impact and high visibility employee programs for organizations such as Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), Manulife, British Sky Broadcasting (BbskyB), Fasken, Rogers Infosys etc. Additionally, Saumya is involved in various social impact initiatives. In 2018 Saumya was the recipient of the Governor General of Canada’s Leadership Program and study tour exploring ‘Canada and the leadership we will build’; she is a Global Responsible Leader with the BMW Foundation; and a 2010 Civic Action DiverseCity Fellow – an urban leadership program focussed on Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. Saumya holds a Masters in Communications and is a certified Change Management Practitioner.
