Rosalie Springer is passionate about employment law, and helping organizations navigate sensitive and complex workplace matters, including human rights accommodations and workplace harassment and discrimination complaints. Rosalie is empathetic and efficient, giving every client she serves personal attention.
Rosalie handles a broad spectrum of workplace matters, including:
- Advising employers on performance management, discipline, and termination
- Ensuring employer compliance with human rights, employment standards and occupational health and safety legislation
- Preparing and negotiating employment agreements and policies
- Employment and human rights litigation
- Wrongful dismissal claims, including severance package negotiation
- Resolving workplace conflicts
- Workplace investigations, restorations and transformations, including culture assessments
Rosalie has successfully represented clients at the Ontario Small Claims Court and Superior Court of Justice. She previously sat on a Human Resources Committee at a local board of trade, and advised various member businesses and human resource professionals about the implications of relevant labour and employment matters on businesses.
Rosalie enjoys cooking and baking. She often makes her dishes from scratch, relying on her tastebuds rather than recipes. Her favourite dessert to bake is double chocolate fudge cake.
