Pauline Lefebvre Hinton is an RN and a lawyer. She has worked for over 25 years as a litigator at the Ontario Nurses’ Association, a provincial union representing registered nurses and health care professionals providing care in hospitals, long term care, public health, community clinics and industry. She has represented ONA members in pay equity matters, grievance arbitrations, Ontario Labour Relations Board proceedings. Currently she is a Human Rights & Equity Specialist, providing organizational support and resources on human rights and equity issues including development of policies and guidelines. Prior to coming to ONA Pauline worked as an RN for 8 years in an adult medical surgical and cardiac ICU as well as 18 months in a pediatric and step-down neonatal unit.
