Liliane Gingras is a Partner at Rubin Thomlinson LLP, a law firm that provides investigation and other services designed to elevate organizational culture in Canada. Drawing from her private and public sector experience, Liliane also provides consultation services to clients on building and improving their investigation and whistleblower programs. Prior to joining Rubin Thomlinson, Liliane was the General Counsel for the Office of the Integrity Commissioner of Ontario, where she oversaw a whistleblower program for Ontario public servants, including the intake and investigation of whistleblower reports. She has also overseen a whistleblower program for a large Canadian corporation, for which she was the Director of Compliance.
