Kellie Crrnic Kellie has worked as a bedside nurse in critical care for 11 years. During that time, Kellie discovered a new passion in wanting to create meaningful changes within the healthcare setting. It was because of this, she returned to school where she completed her masters in quality improvement and patient safety. Kellie has led many initiatives aimed at improving access to patient care in a number of clinical areas as a result. Kellie enjoys the new and constant challenges that change management provides, including creating, developing and employing strategies to improve access to high quality, equitable, and sustainable services both within and outside of the hospital setting.
