Ewa Krajewska is a partner at Borden Ladner Gervais and Co-Chair of the Appellate Advocacy Group. Ewa maintains a broad and diverse practice litigation practice that includes public and administrative law, commercial litigation, estates law and energy litigation. Her clients have included public officials, hospitals, utilities, corporations, individuals and trust companies and administrative tribunals. Ewa maintains an appeal practice having argued appeals at the Ontario Court of Appeal and appeared for as counsel for interveners before the Supreme Court of Canada. Ewa has advised and provided opinions to Colleges, Hospitals and corporations on various constitutional issues.
Ewa is the Past-Chair of the Ontario Bar Association’s Constitutional, Civil Liberties and Human Rights Section. She is also the Chair of the Young Alumni Board of the McGill Faculty of Law. Ewa is a frequent writer and speaker on a variety of topics, including Charter remedies and freedom of expression.
