Connie Ellis worked as a clinician for over 10 years in Mental Health Care before pursuing a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Combining her clinical experience and organizational knowledge, she remains passionate in her consulting role as a social advocate for mental health, psychological safety and the application of positive psychology principles in the workplace. She prioritizes evidence-based solutions to effectively develop and implement successful mental health strategies for her clients. As a lifelong learner, her greatest source of resilience comes from walking her dog and managing a busy pet sitting service.
