Clint Galloway is the Director of Student Well-being and Community at NAIT. Prior to NAIT he spent almost 20 years in student housing including time at the University of Alberta, Colorado State University, and University of British Columbia and MacEwan University. Clint received his Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta and completed a Masters in Student Affairs and Higher Education from Colorado State. Clint has had over a two decades of experience with staff recruitment, training and supervision, conflict mediation, and leadership development. He has presented at local, regional, and national conferences on a variety of subjects including workplace productivity, team building, working with millennial generation students and positivity in the workplace.
