Cereise Ross earned her law degree from the University of Ottawa and practices in all areas of employment law and workplace investigations on behalf of employers and employees. Before joining Turnpenney Milne LLP, Cereise worked as an associate for a well-respected employment law firm on executive compensation issues. She articled in labour law with the Ministry of the Attorney General of Ontario – Treasury Board Secretariat, where she also completed a secondment at the LCBO. Cereise’s experience in employment and labour relations pushes her to remain practical and progressive in her practice. Cereise is an active volunteer with the Ottawa Pro Bono Employment Law Legal Clinic and a current member of the Canadian Association of Black Lawyer.
