REGISTRATION FEE
Your registration fee includes breakfast, luncheon, refreshments, networking breaks original course materials and access to presentations in electronic format.
Payment can be made by all major credit cards.
Early Bird Special:
Register by Friday, August 3, 2018, and pay $899 + HST.
Regular rate: $999 + HST.
Group Discount:
If more than one full registration is received from the same organization, a $50 discount will apply to each registration (pay $950). All group registrations must be received at the same time. No group discount will apply to the early bird registrations.
REFUND INFORMATION
If you are unable to attend, please make cancellations in writing and email to info@birchmountgroup.com no later than Tuesday, October 9, 2018. A credit voucher will be issued to you for the full amount, redeemable against any other BIRCHMOUNT CONFERENCES GROUP course and is valid for twelve (12) months (1 year) from the date of issue. If you prefer, you may request a refund of fees paid, less a 15% administration fee. Registrants who cancel after Tuesday, October 9, 2018, will not be eligible to receive any credits or refunds and are liable for the entire registration fee. Confirmed registrants who do not cancel by Tuesday, October 9, 2018, and fail to attend will be liable for the entire registration fee.
If you miss the event, your download password allowing you access to all online course materials will be sent to you before and shortly after the conference takes place.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitutions can be made at any time. If you are unable to attend, a colleague may take your place at the event. Simply contact us so we can be sure your colleague receives full access to the conference materials, a name badge, and a seat reserved at the conference.
DISCLAIMER
BIRCHMOUNT CONFERENCES GROUP reserves the right to cancel any conference it deems necessary. In the unlikely event that a conference is cancelled, BIRCHMOUNT CONFERENCES GROUP’s liability is limited to paid registration fees; BIRCHMOUNT CONFERENCE GROUP will not assume any further liability for incidental costs including (but not limited to) hotel and air fare.
BIRCHMOUNT CONFERENCE GROUP also reserves the right to change the date, location, and content for event(s) offered herein without further notice and assumes no liability for such changes.
