Cy is a much-in-demand trainer/facilitator and key-note speaker. His facilitation style is informal, interactive, practical and laced with humour and stories.

He is considered a thought leader in the related areas of leadership, coaching and mentoring especially as impacts performance improvement.

Over the past 3 decades Cy has been associated with the Executive Education department of the Schulich School of Business and other business schools on whose behalf he conducts a variety of short-term workshops.
