Susanne Priest is the Director of Nursing Retention Model of Care at Horizon Health Network. She obtained her Bachelors and Masters of Nursing from the University of New Brunswick and has worked in both the state of Maine and New Brunswick. Her early years of Nursing included Neonatal ICU, First Nations Community Health Nursing, 12 years with the Nursing Regulatory Body (NANB) and the Dept of Health (Palliative Care Coordinator). She re-joined HHN as the Director Nursing Retention Model of Care in July 2022 and has been leading a team of Nurse Mentor Coordinators.
