Janice Hendrick is a Registered Corporate Coach, Lean Healthcare Green Belt, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and a lifelong learner. She is currently Director of Learning & Organizational Development at Homewood Health, Canada’s leader in mental health and addiction services. Before starting her career in OD in Ontario hospitals, Janice worked as a newspaper reporter and editor in Canada and overseas and survived a short stint in classroom teaching. She’s passionate about supporting people at the front lines of healthcare to thrive.
