REGISTRATION FEE
Your registration fee includes breakfast, luncheon, refreshments, networking breaks original course materials and access to presentations in electronic format.
Payment can be made by all major credit cards.
Regular rate: $899 + HST.
REFUND INFORMATION
If you are unable to attend, please make cancellations in writing and email to info@birchmountgroup.com no later than Wednesday, February 19, 2020. A credit voucher will be issued to you for the full amount, redeemable against any other BIRCHMOUNT CONFERENCES GROUP course and is valid for twelve (12) months (1 year) from the date of issue. If you prefer, you may request a refund of fees paid, less a 15% administration fee. Registrants who cancel after Wednesday, November 28, 2018, will not be eligible to receive any credits or refunds and are liable for the entire registration fee.
If you miss the event, your download password allowing you access to all online course materials will be sent to you before and shortly after the conference takes place.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitutions can be made at any time. If you are unable to attend, a colleague may take your place at the event. Simply contact us so we can be sure your colleague receives full access to the conference materials, a name badge, and a seat reserved at the conference.
DISCLAIMER
BIRCHMOUNT CONFERENCES GROUP reserves the right to cancel any conference it deems necessary. In the unlikely event that a conference is cancelled, BIRCHMOUNT CONFERENCES GROUP’s liability is limited to paid registration fees; BIRCHMOUNT CONFERENCE GROUP will not assume any further liability for incidental costs including (but not limited to) hotel and air fare.
BIRCHMOUNT CONFERENCE GROUP also reserves the right to change the date, location, and content for event(s) offered herein without further notice and assumes no liability for such changes.
